Halle has been under extra stress as of late thanks to a creepy stalker who gained access to her home, only to be arrested by police.
Richard Franco, who has been in Berry?s yard multiple times, was hit with a restraining order this week, forcing him to stay 500 yards away from Halle for the next three years.
